Unless the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, such as Quebec, require that the laws of your jurisdiction govern, these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and of the laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute is to be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the judicial district of Toronto, Province of Ontario.
